The Aims of the Air Cadet Organization are:

� To promote and encourage among young people a practical interest in aviation and the Royal Air Force.
� To provide training which will be useful in the Services and civilian life.
� To foster the spirit of adventure and develop qualities of leadership and good citizenship.

Membership is open to members (Staff and Cadets) of Scotland and Northern Ireland Region.

Membership shall be verified befor authentication is granted for access to the site.

Membership will be required to view the full Regional calander, post to the Forums, see the full regional news or access the full downloads section of the site. Verification may take a few days, so patience will be required when registering. As a restricted site, you will apppreciate that this is necessary.

Website Admin

The regional pipes and drums undertook their first performance on Sat 04 Oct in Dundee city square, as part of the 70th Anniversary of the historic flight of the Mercury and Maia aircraft from Dundee to Orange River South Africa.

They performed a beat retreat of around 25 minutes in front of the Lord Provost of Dundee and invited guests.

Given that the forums have not been used over the past 12 months to any great extent, unless there is a compelling reason to retain them, I plan to remove this function from the website over the christmas break.

There does not appear to be any requirement to retain this functionality within the site.
